For DT this quarter we had several projects, almost all the projects have relevance with food. It’s not just some random food, it’s Indonesian traditional food. There was research, designing, planning, creating and evaluating the food. Since my chosen province was Kalimantan, I had to choose a Kalimantan traditional dish. I chose Sate Ayam ala Kalimantan. However, the task that I chose is a evaluation about a food that I cooked named Ikan Colo-Colo. This was before I started cooking the satay.

I chose this task for this digiport because my score for this task is pretty good, I did quite a good job. Since I got the highest grade, there actually isn’t much I can improve. However there is always room for improvement, I can always try to make it more perfect. And that is what I will do in the future so I can keep receiving high marks.
This task can certainly be connected with the AOI Human Ingenuity because human ingenuity is basically the creativity and innovation of people. Cooking food and evaluating the result requires those skills. Within the evaluation, there are lots of analysis among my group members. This proves that I present transfer of knowledge because I have to do lots of analysis for the evaluation. After thinking and presenting knowlege, I then evaluate on the product which is the ikan colo-colo. This is basically the main assignment from this task which proves that I did evaluate. This task also improves my awareness understanding because we evaluate more than one food in the evaluation. We compare each food and I recognize creation, developement and change from evaluating different food because each food definitely has different taste.
